    The primary categories the active businesses carry, in every state, a state or a town. The names are Google Business Profile categories, so the same words find a business in both places.

where the record was read from

domain: read from the business's own website
verified_at
when the machine last read the host
confirmed_at
when the record was last confirmed; absent until then
confirmed_by
owner: the owner confirmed it. operator: BeargrassAI confirmed it on the owner's behalf. representative: someone the owner named to act for them, such as their marketing group, confirmed it on the owner's behalf; confirmed_by_name says who. Say which when you repeat a record.
primary_category
the business's category, a Google Business Profile category name; absent until set
relation
on a list for a town: based_in, the town is where the business is; serves, it serves the town from nearby
checks
passed: the names of the checks the site passed at that read; checked_at: when. Only passes are listed.
hours
the hours the business posts on its own site, as of verified_at; not a live open or closed status
booking_url, price_range, payment_accepted, founder
as the business's own site states them (a booking link, priceRange, paymentAccepted, founder names); on a confirmed record only
kind, summary, services, facts
on a confirmed record only: what the business is, in plain words, and what its confirmer stood behind; each fact carries sources, the names of the business's own pages it was read from
